It is used for Bunta AI's own transactional messaging during platform development — appointment confirmations and reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, technician or driver ETA and service status updates, follow-ups after a disconnected call, and two-way conversational replies to your questions — sent to Bunta AI staff and enrolled testers.
